The following rules and terms define the relationship between the client and Neo Studio. Since we provide many services, we will divide them into sections in this context. As the "Client", you need to read and understand each part of the terms. If you have any problem understanding the context, you can contact us via email before purchasing any product. We will ensure that the written information is clear and understandable.

Team Services

Neo Studio team does not ban any user from using our services, but you as a client must ensure that you are not listed in the following:

  • 1 - Participating in any illegal activity through our services
  • 2 - Client information during purchase is fake or incorrect
  • 3 - Being listed on Neo Studio team's blacklist

Terms of Service

  • 1 - Neo Studio team/store has the right to modify/change/remove/add to the terms of service at any time the team management may resort to, but you as a client need to check the terms of service from time to time. You will also be notified if there is a change in the terms of service that may affect any of your services with the team

Payment Terms

  • 1 - If the product/service has been delivered and there are no problems or they have been resolved and the invoice has been paid, you are absolutely not entitled to a refund
  • 2 - You are entitled as a client of Neo Studio team/store to return the product and amount if there is a problem and it has not been resolved for more than 72 hours with appropriate compensation for the client
  • 3 - You are entitled to request any modification to any service or product for a period not exceeding 24 hours, after which there may be a nominal cost for any modification
  • 4 - If Neo Studio team discovers any illegal activity at or after the payment stage, we have the right to cancel the transaction completely and reject the client
  • 5 - If you raise a dispute on a transaction through PayPal platform, the team management has the right to withdraw your services and blacklist you
  • 6 - Neo Studio team keeps all contents of transactions, tickets, orders and clients for any disputes or problems in the future
  • 7 - Neo Studio team registers your information as a client after purchase including name, email and mobile number (optional)
  • 8 - Work on the order or service will not begin until payment of the invoice is confirmed
  • 9 - Payments cannot be split except with confirmed acceptance from the store management official
  • 10 - No product or service will be delivered if the amount is received on hold until the transaction is confirmed and the amount becomes available from the client's side
  • 11 - The amount cannot be refunded or the transaction canceled after starting work and executing the order

Technical Support

  • 1 - Neo Studio team works to provide technical support service quickly, accurately and professionally to the client
  • 2 - Working hours for the technical support department at Neo Studio store are from 9 AM to 10 PM
  • 3 - On different days, the support team may be available for extended hours beyond the specified time
  • 4 - Thursday and Friday, the support system is less than the usual time for the rest of the week
  • 5 - You are not entitled to request technical support for problems outside the scope of Neo Studio and we disclaim our responsibility for your modification of any product after delivery. The team can help you if available and for service purposes only

Design Services Terms

  • 1 - The client is entitled to request only two (2) modifications to the design within 24 hours
  • 2 - The designer has the full right to publish your design inside the store for display purposes only
  • 3 - Requesting free design additions is prohibited
  • 4 - It is strictly forbidden to communicate with any team management members/designers other than through tickets or email
  • 5 - Neo Studio management completely disclaims its responsibility for any use/theft/usage of the product after delivery to the client
  • 6 - You cannot request to expedite the order execution. You can create an urgent order with an additional fee
  • 7 - All products provided are (intangible) and do not exist in reality
  • 8 - Upon approval of the design by the client, it cannot be modified again
  • 9 - Neo Studio team completely disclaims its responsibility for any change in the client's decision for the service after a period
  • 10 - Contents are delivered to the client rank holder only without considering any other partner
  • 11 - Requesting any open design files such as: (PSD, AI, AEP) is prohibited
  • 12 - If the invoice has been paid and work has started, if you leave the store, we have the right to close the ticket without refunding the amount
  • 13 - Design duration is completely up to the designer according to the package type
  • 14 - Designers' working hours are from 11 AM to 11 PM. Mentioning any design team members outside this time is prohibited, although designers may be available outside this time at the designer's discretion

Ticket Terms

  • 1 - Requesting a specific person to deal with you through the ticket is prohibited
  • 2 - Mentioning any official inside the ticket is prohibited. You can mention technical support members
  • 3 - Neo Studio team has the right to give a timeout or close the ticket if any ticket terms are violated
  • 4 - Repeated mentions are prohibited
  • 5 - Discussing any topics outside the scope of the request and team is prohibited
